During her career representing clients as a Realtor, Bri learned that her passion for design and construction was an important asset when helping people find their perfect home. In addition to having an intimate knowledge of the market and what sells and what doesn't, she has personally bought, built, and remodeled multiple projects. She has completed ground-up construction, ADU projects and conversions, and beautiful rehabs of distressed and abandoned properties. Bri has extensive experience designing her own plans, shepherding projects through the regulatory agencies of the city and the county, and running her own crew of craftsmen. She has developed a keen eye for estimating job costs and prides herself in coming up with creative solutions in almost any construction situation. She loves to share her ideas, contacts, and network of tradesmen with her clients.

After buying a home with her assistance, and seeing the photographs of Bri's remodels, several of Bri’s buyers asked her to help with renovations and remodels. As a result, she started her own design-build consultation service for select clients.
